# SQL-VP-032 Retrieve a non-employer account by account number

The primary retrieval path for `clsNonEmployerAccount`. Enforces
[BR-VP-014](../business-rules.md#br-vp-014-non-employer-account-number-must-be-non-zero) at the
business-object level.
